Leyla Agayeva is a Project Specialist at Export Hyzmat with proven experience in international relations, export operations, and ISO 9001 quality management system implementation. She graduated from Saint Petersburg State Agrarian University (Russia)
with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science, as well as a qualification as a translator (Saint Petersburg, 2016), and obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow, 2018). In 2024, she earned a diploma in Psychology (Saint Petersburg, Russia).
She has been a Project Specialist at Export Hyzmat since 2025.. Leyla has experience conducting structured interviews and field data collection for projects in international trade and private sector development. She has conducted over 10 interviews with representatives of enterprises, business associations, and government institutions. She assists in preparing analytical briefs, reports, and recommendations for improving SME competitiveness and export potential. She supports coordination, logistics, and communication between national stakeholders and development partners.
From 2024 to 2025, she worked as a private entrepreneur, managing logistics operations, overseeing client communication, documentation, and digital marketing.
From 2019 to 2023, she held the position of Quality Manager and Lead Specialist in the Information Technology and Analysis Department at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET). She led the implementation and management of the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring compliance with international standards. She developed internal procedures, audit documentation, and performance indicators for quality assurance. She coordinated internal audits and staff training on quality control and documentation standards. She supervised import-export operations, contract management, and analytical reporting for senior management. She organized participation in international exhibitions and business missions, representing the organization to foreign partners. She served as an internal translator and liaison for international communications.
